Claims & Return Policy

Shortages: Inspect all cartons upon receipt. Claims for shortages will be considered when reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Refund Policy

Refund will be given within 30 days less 18% restocking fee.
Buyer pays shipment.
Obvious abuse or mishandling of the stones ( as determined by Desert Stone People) will void refund.

Liability

Desert Stone People shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or misuse of, or the inability to use the product. Before using, the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
