Rose Quartz sphere

Rose quartz is associated with the heart Chakra and is particularly useful in calming the spirit, or easing grief. Can be rolled around to soften fascia, or to gently guide a trigger point to release, use your own intuition with these wonderful healing spheres. When client is supine on the table,  place in mid-thoracic area bilaterally and this will help to open up the chest and assist with breathing and creating ‘heart space’.
